There are tons of options. mplex from mjpegtools (http://mjpeg.sourceforge.net/) is the free solution. TMPGEnc has mpeg tools that provide flexible multiplexing and demultiplexing. Lots of authoring programs will accomplish this too.

Post your problems with MuxMan in the appropriate thread. I'm sure mpucoder would like to hear. Did your try versions .10 and .11c?

i got the mplex from mjpeg tools, but i can see that is a program for linux users. any other program that just do direct stream copy without transcoding the vob's again?

You can get windows binaries for this in multiple places. Two that come to mind are DVD2SVCD and DVDAuthorGUI. Download the latter here (http://www.videohelp.com/~liquid217/dvdauthorgui.pl).

Just read your post in the MuxMan .11 thread. DeMux those first with any number of tools: mpgtx, bbdmux (bbtools), tmpgenc, etc. Check the doom9 download page.

Edit: Oh Yeah, try PGCDemux assuming you have the whole DVD.

my mistake.... i forgot that i demuxed the vobs using the mpeg tools in tmpgencoder, and then i loaded the files in muxman, and it didn't accept it
