First of all, this program is GENIUS :-)

Is there anywhere I can download clips for inserting when blanking out titles (One Vob/Cell id)?

you can make your own with muxman. just open a BMP file that is 720x480 or 720x576 and create a still vob.
you would also have to set the still time to 255 with pgcedit.

Another nice way is method 2 in this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=86199&highlight=bmp). Look on page 2 for suggested size.
