It is possible use the bitrate instead of the size or the quality?
I would specify a costant bitrate (for example 1300 bps), but I haven't found the option to do that.
Someone can help me?

when I want to do this I arrange the size to obtain the desired video bitrate value :D

So I do, but is more simple to use directly the bitrate.

If you don't care about the size why not use quality mode that is faster than two pass encoding?

I prefer to set the bitrate. I'll continue to use the custom size.
