Has Anyone Occured these errors when using dvd decrypter?

I was trying to rip The Crying Game SE using my Aopen Due1608/Apr(shitty drive) but i got these erorrs. Anyone know how to correct them?

1. Clean the disc
2. Rip in a different drive
3. Get another copy of the disc

Offtopic, but I have the DUW1608/ARR... there's not a thing wrong with it, it's as good as any other burner I've ever owned (better than some, as it's very quiet). If you have issues with it, then update the firmware to most recent.

I have a070 firmware. It refuses to burn my 50 pack of fujis. It burned 1 then all of a sudden when i went to a070 firmware i get toc errors.
