No Sound

Hi:
I have installed the Hauppauge Win-Tv-Go Tv capture card (cheap card, I realize).
I have video, but NO sound. I do have the line out from the card to the line in to
my sound card. I'm using WinTV2000 program from Hauppauge.
I'm running win xp home. Any help appreciated. TIA

Its a common error to neglect to switch from "mic in" to "line in" or whatever the equivalants are in your audio recording properties. The specific names will vary depending on your audio drivers.

Double-click on the speaker (volume) icon in your system tray. Then select Options...Properties and select Recording.
