Ok Ok OK, I did it! Now DGMPGDec 1.1.0 is referenced (and not 1.0)

1.1.0 does not exist. It was an illusion.

Should I reference 1.0.12 again, or 1.2.RC3? (or 1.2.0 very soon?)

Unless someone discovers something before then, I'll release 1.2.0 this weekend. You might start preparing for that.
