I installed VirtualVCR 2.6.9 on my computer. I have a Cinergy 400 capture card. As soon as I start VirtualVCR, it crashes as it loads. It crashes when VirtualVCR is loading the 'Crossbar'.
Fly 2000 TV works normal. Does someone know how to solve this problem?

try renaming the virtualvcr.ini file to something else (or delete it :) )

Thanks for your help, but your solution does not work for me. VirtualVCR still crashes at the screen with 'Crossbar'

There's one line in the ini:
[VirtualVCR]

Reinstalling thr drivers solved the problem :). Thanx for your help.
Now I have another problem: VirtualVCR displays the video like it is been 'negativing' every frame, or somethinf like that. At couple of times a second, a purple looking frame comes along. I hope I can solve this problem quickly :)

never seen that one before, sorry. Is it just in the preview or also in the actual avi on playback? I have heard of some videocards having problems with the preview.

It's also on the AVI with the actual playback.
I've installed the latest Terratec drivers - 2.3.0.9. If I install the latest Philips drivers - 2.3.1.0 -, Windows says that the crossbar is not able to start.
Can I find somewhere older drivers to try? Or could the installed PCI-slot make a difference?
Remember: Fly 2000 TV works like a charm, so I don't think it is driver related. But I want to try.

Well, I solved the rpoblem. I clicked a couple of times on different settings on the configuration of the 'Video Crossbar'. Now it works ok!
However, I on't have a clu what I am confiuring in the crossbar panel. What is it supposed to be?
