Another GUI than Nero Recode for Ateme's encoding libraries ?

Are there any other GUIs than Nero Recode that could work with Ateme's MPEG-4 encoding libraries ? I really don't like Recode's interface and I would need extra features ( folder watch for automatic transcoding, etc. ) ...

for some time you could encode with neros encoder in graphedit, but nero did something so this isnt possible anymore

Ateme apparently sells their sdk. You can buy it but I don't know what it costs.
