OK,
I'm a pretty lamer that works with AnyDVD and 1Click DVD Ripper, but for me it's the best way if you have a flat fee at the video store ;-)
I am wondering, how can I identify easily one subtitle from another? Normally, there are multiple subtitles included, the ones with *all* dialogues (for disabled people) and the ones just with the translation of foreign languages --> these ones I need. But I don't want to find the right ones with trial and error. Is there a better way?
For example, I tried it on "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl". The "forced" subtitles are in stream 0x2B. See below. But how can I find this out without trial and error?

Thanks in advance!
