I just don't have any clue at all. T.T

I first tried by using HDtoMPEG2 then TMPGEnc without success. Virtual Dub doesn't seem to be able to handle MPEG2 properly (it only saves as avi, ogm or mkv...)

Anyone can help me? Please?

You can use (for cutting)
ProjectX
HDTVtoMPEG2
Cuttermaran
Mpeg2Schnitt

or womble video wizard (commercial) (cut+merge)
