In Statsreader's readme we can read :
"Still missing: support to write dev-api-4-statsfiles for the "add
keyframe" feature."

I want to insert a keyframe somewhere in a 40min video (between 2 keyframes separated by 5 seconds), and I don't know how to do it since statsreader isn't able to work on my dev-api-4 stat file from XviD 1.1b1 encoding.

How can I insert one ? I think force keyframe every 2.5min isn't a really good solution. Is there any other pgrm that can do it ? or how can I do a dev-api-3 statsfile to let statsreader be able to insert a keyframe ?

I searched but didn't find the answer. If it's in another post, please give me the link.

You should use zones in the first pass to do that: second zone should start at the exact frame where you want a keyframe, and should have "start with a keyframe" checkbox checked.

You could probably edit statsfile for that, too - just open it with a text editor.
