When using my ATI TV wonder Pro I seem to get large clear with white tint bars that keep scrolling up the screen. Its a never ending process and it is making my captures look horrible. I try to mess around with the connections but to no avail. Sometimes on my scheduled shows the interference is not present. SO im starting to think its maybe the large TV that the computer is next to? Would an Old Mitsubishi TV being sending out interference to degrade the signal from the digital cable box to the Capture card? Any help would be great. This could be as easy as just another cable but I really dont know.

I would try to ground the signal cable (like thru a splitter that has a ground screw). I asume the connector is not s-video or rca. Also try to use a different electrical plug for the PC, and/or use a different surge protector.
You can also buy FM filters and such at Radioshack. Be-aware, there is a cheap answer to your problem. But there is also a bunch of expensive surge protectors/filters that may not help one bit.

Unplug the old TV when it is happening and see if it stops. Also, make sure everything is well grounded with no ground loops.

Ok thank you I will try this and see if the picture clears up.
The cable that I am using is S-Video. Just for reference.
