I recently built a new computer with WinXP SP2 and installed DVD Decrypter 3.5.2.0. When running it while logged on as a regular user rather than as an administrator, it fails with a log entry stating that using SPTI requires administrator privileges. My old Win2k computer allowed an unprivileged user to run this same Decrypter version with no problems. Does anyone know how can I fix this problem? By the way, Decrypter is GREAT! Thanks.
