how can I extract subtitle from "Avisynth subtitler" format,used in DVD2SVCD?

I want to extract in this format using another program or if possible i want to create another my own program to do the same job as DVD2SVCD, so I'll use it with the AviSynthSubtitler plugin (this one´s subtitles are better than VobSub)

Subtitler is a separate pugin for avisynth, downloadable from avisynth.org. Fur further info see the website.
