import AC3 track

hi! i've a dvd movie with a DTS audiotrack. i've converted this track to AC3. now i'd like to replace the DTS one with this AC3 one. Easy solution is making a mpeg video file, muxing and authoring. But i'd like to keep menu and vob structure. is it possible?

Only additional suggestion I would propose is to use MuxMan (instead of the other suggested authoring support utilities) for building up the main title, before reinserting back the cells of the authored title with VobBlanker...
