How to display subtitle?

I have a very basic question.

How to display a subtitle in srt or sub format when playing a DVD in InterVideo WinDVDPlayer6. I have the sub which is not on the DVD.

I guess VobSub should be used but how? Please help me!

Ur proggy will search for subs in the vobs. U cannot use it.
Use media player classic with vobsub or some other proggy
