DGIndex in command line?

Is it possible to use DGIndex or some program like it by command line, I just want to be able to save a project and demux the audio with a timer, so if it was command line it could execute at any time and do what it needs to do.

DGIndex supports command line operation. Please refer to the file CommandLine.txt included in the 1.1.0 distribution for usage information.
