Hi, I know this is a different question, but got two avi..CD1 & CD2 when I try to join them together to run through avi2dvd it say cannot join due to both having different audio outputs.
Does anyone know how to get around the problem...so I can run one file instead of two.

cheers

first save the two files with wav (uncompressed) audio. Than you can join them.

VDubMod does it easily enough. Open your AVI, go into the Video menu and select Direct Stream Copy.
Streams menu > Streams list, hit the Save Wav Button.

Then disable the default audio track, add the WAV you've just saved and resave the AVI from the File Menu.

Once you have 2 avi's with WAV audio, VDubMod is also a good tool to join them. Open the first AVI, check Direct Stream Copy again in the video menu (if not already checked), select Append Segment from the File menu and browse for the second part. Then resave the whole thing from File menu.

Check your big AVI for audio sync after the join point and if all is well, process with AVI2DVD
