Try backing up your DVD Shrink files to HD, not a ISO. Use ImgTools classic (http://www.coujo.de/ib/index.php?act=html_include&incl_name=download) to create a ISO and you can check its option to autoburn the ISO with DVD decrypter.

Looks like this recent thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=89152) is similar to what you reported.
Exactly, how many times have you tried your way and it consistently crashed?
Does it always crash at the same exact point?
Have you used an older version of DVD Shrink?

Hmm... That page says "This problem does not affect disks which have VOBs for each and every titleset totalling 32K or more. However, crucially, it does affect ALL disks “reauthored” by DVD Shrink and Nero Recode (and possibly other one-click backup programs)."
That is ALL disks...
At same time I see there "If an IFO is unreadable (e.g. a CRC error in a sector), the player looks for the BUP, which is stored on the disk right after the VOBs for the titleset. Now suppose the VOBs for that titleset are small and the data is packed in. There is a chance that the BUP occupies exactly the same bad block that the IFO did, making the BUP useless and the disk, dead in the water."
Soo... That would mean that all re-authored DVDs produced by DVD Shrink and Nero Recode would not work.
Fishy...

Max - That is not all disks, because not all backups are done in DVD Shrink's reauthor mode (or the equivalent in Nero Recode). Many are done in "full disk" mode.
It would mean that if there was an error in a sector (eg CRC) occupied by IFO and because the VOB was tiny (or not there at all), the BUP could occupy the same sector. This is why you want to leave a little space between them. So an error or errors in the IFO doesn't mean the BUP is unreadable, too.
Hope this clears things up for you.
