okay
why is it that when I encode VOB to MP3 I notice the audio delay is different from vob to vob?

VTS_01_1.VOB = A/V Delay found : 0msec
VTS_01_2.VOB = A/V Delay found : -318msec
etc...

so when I encode using BeSweet, it gets rid of the delay, I understand that.... therefore when I merge all of the mp3's together into 1 stream, it will all be in sync and there won't be any problems right?

Now, when I use DVD Decrypter to rip a DVD, and I sugggest in the preferences not to split up into 1gb files. Will the A/V Delay of the merged vobs be ignored, and only the 1 vob of all the vobs merged together be looked at, or what?

Or is it that when DVD Decrypter merges the vobs together, it fixes the delay in the vobs it is appending? or what?

I just hope that when I tell DVD Decrypter not to split up files, therefore I get 1 large .vob file, that when I go to encode an mp3 straight from that vob using besweet, that there won't be any A/V delay problems or any kinda jumping within the stream at points where the vob ends and goes onto the next one.

Or let me know of any complications that can occur by doing what I am doing.

Thanks

P.S.
What does this mean?
[00:00:00:032] Stream error : Sync found after 224 bytes
when encoding from VOB to MP3

You can fix the total delay when you mux Audio and Video streams instead of doing it by audio transcoding. Just add the different values of each VOB files.

Missing library I think...Do you have VOBinput.dll in BeSweet folder ?

Maybe your VOB files don't have audio streams...:D

Anyway, :logfile:.
