Yes, just make sure to get the latest version of RealPlayer 10.5. When I tried it a few months back, I was surprised to find it actually did not work; they had put a check in the installer to prevent installation on x64, since it was not yet tested there. However, when I downloaded the latest 10.5 today from real.com, it installs and plays just fine on my AMD64 test system with v.1289 of x64.
