ScenAid dumps subs: "!! End time before Start Time, Removing Sub from scan" - why?

Using ScenAid v1.0.0.0 (Final)...haven't seen this before. After scanning the work directory, Scenaid generated a Scenarist script that omitted 6 subtitle bitmaps across 3 subtitle streams. Here's the exception generated for the first one:

after correcting the bmp's start/end time for the correct cell it should be in, the start time would be after the end time (this is needed for BoV)....

doesn't happen very often but was needed or scenarist would throw a fit
