scenarist error: Error Scenarist only supports sequential flags

i get this error when i try to do the final compile with scenarist 2.7 using the big 3. the title is X-Men, and i made sure to uncheck the seemless branching version of the main movie in DIF4U. these are the exact errors that show in the build window of scenarist:

Error Scenarist only supports sequential flags.
Error Refer to Subpicure availability flags in Title<VTS4_Title1> in property sheet.
Error Scenarist only supports sequential flags.
Error Refer to Subpicure availability flags in Title<VTS4_Title2> in property sheet.
Error PreCheck From DB failed
Error DVD files could not be created

what causes this and what do i do to prevent it?

edit: i have growing number of titles that give me some problem in this same final step of scenarist and the big 3. i'm thinking of switching to DVD-RB and just do main-movie only backups to avoid the frustration caused by scenarist.

I think the problem is being caused by the subpic availability flag. I think that for example stream 3,4 and 5 are available and 1 an 2 not. Scenarist won't accept that. It requires sequential availability. You can check this in the property browser. Select the title/pgc that is giving problems and drill down on the subs in the property browser.

That is correct..... the tracks are more then likely dummied correctly however the layout is set according to original IFO... Scenarist can't handle that.

You can change the "Availability" from "Specific" to "Use All Available" and then it will mux fine...

That will need to be done on Each Title in question (or you can modify the script and re-import which might be quicker)

when updating the ifo's in this case, don't select the copy subtitle option and the original will stay in tact
