Hello
I use vobedit to demultiplex vob files which works for the most of the time. But now and then the subtitle files(.sup) is divided in two streams ex 0x20 for the first half and 0x24 for the second half. When I strip the streams with vobedit audio and video is correct, but only the first half of the subtitle file is extracted ie stream 0x20. (I think it's divided at the layer break.) Anyone knows a fix for this?

Use PgcDemux, see my sig.
Vobedit reset subs timestamps when the VID changes. Not really a bug, it is how it works

Hello

I did the same way like fokker and I run into this problem.
I tried everything what I thought but I could not solve this problem by this time.
I tried to use subrip but I got as many sup files as many dialogs are in the movie. Why did not the subrip work correctly?
I tried to demux the subpicture streams by dvddecrypter but these streams did not work in the authorized DVD.
Anyway what kind of subpicture can the decrypter create, if it was not compatible with ifoedit?
I tried to follow the doom9 ifoedit authoring guide step by step. According to jsoto's reply, the guide is not good, because it recommends to use vobedit.

During I wrote this I did the authoring by ifoedit, and it works correctly :)
Thanks jsoto.
