bin/cue to dvd out of sync

Hi, the problem is when I convert bin/cue file to DVD the sound goes out of sync, I have changed the bin/cue file to mpeg ok, joined the two mpeg files ok,played the joined film on the computer all is ok,converted to DVD format using winavi ,burned using Nero or DVD Santa .Every time the sound is out of sync,someone else must of had the same problem as 90% of new films are cam, I have also used dvd santa/ winavi to convert to dvd ,thanx in advance,

I see 2 problems here. 1. The sound in mpeg1 and svcd mpeg is sampled at 44,100 hz. Dvd is 48,000. That is usually why the sound goes out of sync. 2. You seem to be discussing copyright infringed material. Maybe you are not, but the way you worded it makes it appear to be suspect.

Thanks for the reply, if this thread has offended anyone please close and delete.I am only trying to find out about why things go out of sync? and the subject i am doing is my own material. As i am new to this thanks very much for the advice , you are quite right.
