First off, let me explain what, why, and how I am attempting this. I am trying to encode my dvds into single wmv9 files for playback through a media center extender. I have been using this tutorial to convert them:

The first few movies processed fine, excellent quality. I was very happy with it. Problem now is that WMencoder seems to be skipping some chapters in some of the movies. For instance, I have one movie that is over an hour long (of course), but after running through WMencoder, it only outputs about 7 minutes of video. It looks like it did the first couple of chapters, then jumped to the last chapter.
Is there any other program I should be using, or does anyone have a suggestion to fix this. Thanks for the input.
