Problem with "The Hulk" R1

I have problem decrypting The Hulk, region 1. DVD Decrypter indicates before start that it has found "suspect" sectors and that it will replace them with dummies, but it fails doing so.

Settings: Ignore read errors and Read retries=0

Selected part of the log is:
W 10:45:46 Possible Structure Protection Found!
W 10:45:46 3 areas have been marked as 'suspect'.
W 10:45:46 Dummy sectors will be inserted where necessary.
W 10:46:38 Failed to read Sector 1260192 - Tracking Servo Failure
W 10:46:43 Failed to read Sector 1260193 - Tracking Servo Failure
W 10:46:44 Failed to read Sector 1260194 - Record Not Found
...and it goes on and on and on and...

Any idea how to overcome this? The DVD I am decrypting looks fine physically.

Edit: I use DVD Decrypter 3.5.2.0

My apologies!

I got hold of another copy of The Hulk and it worked perfectly. Apparently it was a bad disc although it looked almost like new.
