Yes the best way to do it is to use the tools here in the BIG3 Forum.

0) NuMenu4U
1) DoitFast4U
2) BATCHCCE
3) Scenaid / Scenarist.

However this is a harder project. I suggest you bachup some three movies PAL 2 PAL which is easier so that you understand how it works.

Once you do that, proceed with this harder project it will involve three new steps (and I suggest the main movie only at first):

1) Speeding the movie from 23.976 fps to 25 fps by changing the AVS script, and changing the size of the movie from 720x480 to 720x576, also in the avs script.

2) Transform the sub bmp files again from 720x480 to 720x576, here you can use ACDSee batch resize or Subrip.

3) Slow down the audio
a) either with besweet, with a pitch change.
b) or you can try Smart-K Audio withou pitch change:

You can search around these forums for help on each of these particular steps. Once you are a user of the Big 3 you can come for more help on a particular point.

Good Luck
:D

PS If you like the tools don't forget to $upport the authors, they've done a great job.
