DVD2SVCD detects the stream at 119.88 fps, and so besweet changes the speed to 29, which apparently makes the audio stream out of sync with the video. How do I make dvd2svcd assume the speed is 23.976 (trying to make VCD)?
I initially didn't have problems converting some hybrid avi with DVD2SVCD, I'd just go for the audio extract+madplay, then quit the program. The manually run besweet, changing the values d2s wanted to run (instead of 119880 -> 29970) I left it as it is (since it is animeation?).
Load tmpgenc and do the converstion manually. I didn't seem to need to decomb / decimate or whatever. They seemed to work fine. This worked well for a few avis, but now that i'm working with more..it gets tiresome. any solution to this?
However, a few other avis which are 119.88 seem to have a lot of macroblocks during scene changes. What can be done about this?
