Where does it say "muppets that have downloaded movies and havent a clue what there doing forum"?...

I am assuming that you are refering to a non copyrighted movie as if your refering to something that has been illegally distributed thats even worse and this forum canot be seen to condone this.

Now if you were trying to encode something with say XVID and you were having difficulties then this is the place to come for help (But always search before starting new threads).

The fact is we canot know that the problems you are having were not caused by the releaser of your content not knowing themselfs what they are doing.

You havent given us any information about the file you have downloaded the container format .avi, .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .ogm etc etc or the video format used or the Audio format used.

It gets worse when people start asking how to burn cd's on a forum thats dominated by computing gurus that have no time to waste on explaining to people how to burn cd's.
