change captions into normal subs

hey guys

i want to change captions into normal subtitles..

i was thinking about just ripping the dvd with the big three.. scroll through all the subtitle bmp's en delete the ones with sounds captions and delete te corresponding lines from the sst..

wil that work or is that gonna cauze problems somehow?

Closed Caption isn't in the subtitles... Closed Caption is stored in the SCC files that get demuxed..

There is an application that will convert these SCC files to SST which can be imported/used in Scenarist....

I'm not sure why you would delete anything from the original SST though
