Bypass automatic "Coming Attractions" in Anchorman R1

Hi all,

I've done this before for other titles, but only by finding what people have posted in the forums of what to do. What I've typically been doing is replacing the preview PGCs / cells with dummies.

The problem with this method for this individual movie, is there are two separate VTSes with 4 chapters each. Which means, even though they're dummies, it's got to play 8 little dummy clips before bringing up the main menu.

Can someone point me in the right direction??

I presume by dummies, you mean blanks.

There are a few things you can do:

1. The easiest, is to use PgcEdit's Kill Playback function. The PGC won't play.

2. The other thing you can do in PgcEdit, is to remove cells. If you have banked a title with 20 cells, it will play for about 10 seconds - each cell will play for about 1/2 second. You can actually remove the cells and turn them back into a single celled PGC.

3. Of course, if you are in the menu domain, you can actually remove the Vob/Cell ID completely with IfoEdit.
