Creating Interactive Video with HiDef MPEG4/h264 avc using MP4box today just impossible...
Do you know another commercially available tools?

i am not sure whether mp4box already handles .mp4 files that already contain avc

envivio offers commercial tools with systems and avc support in .mp4

Texture: MPEG-4 texture encoder, JPEG encoder
BIFS: Scene description
Resolutions: QCIF (176 x 144 pixels) to CCIR-601 (720 x 480/576 pixels) in 2 pixel horizontal increments
Data rate: 20 kbps to 40 Mbps

But only mpeg4 ASP in Standart Definition...

indeed, doesnt seem to support avc till now

Did you try to mux the avc using mp4creator and then MP4Box for the script?
