in nero choose "make a cd-extra" option. just input songs as usual and put the video on root in the file option

Nope, I don't believe that will work, because the format needs to be a Video CD, not a data CD or a combo data/audio CD. VCD has strict structural rules.

ah ok, sry. if we r talking excusively about VCD content I know no "newbie" way to do it.
Alternative solution could be doing a CD-R (not audio nor video) with the songs burnt as DATA (whatever wav or mp3) as well as the video, but this would be played ONLY on standalone DVD players and in a hi-fi MP3 cappable equipment
AND
if the standalone if DivXvid cappable and the video is AVI, my first solution should work (but only if the standalone lets you choose between readin the CD audio part and the DATA part)

thanks for the answers
i did a cd like data using the songs in .WAV and the video in mpeg , it works in the dvd-vcd player , you can listen to the songs and watch the video , but it does not work on a cd player , there should be a form for doing it because i have seen cds like those.

Provide your VCD with Video-CD 2.0 Toolkit (http://www.icdia.org/sw_pc/vcdtools.html)and you have both. Working on VCD/DVD Player and AudioCD Player.
