According to this article (http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1749993,00.asp) there are virus circulating using the DRM of WMV.
That's more important as it seems, because that means not only DRM removes rights from you, but it also induces problems. And people might finally not trust to download any DRMed WMV (or maybe any DRM file if one manage to convince DRM equals virus). These files could even be rejected by anti-virus softwares.
