Hi there,
after using DVDSHRINK as THE solution, I wanted to get something better and found DVDRB. I had a difficult DVD that more than 8 GB and had to be compressed to 52% or so.
I tried Rejig wich is fast but delivered no good quality with this DVD.
The main problem is that still 'blocking effects' are seen a lot, even on still almost equally colored backgrounds.
I tried Quenc and finally now doing and testing with CCE 2.69 BASIC.
Have a request for DVDRB:
- Is it possible to show more info about the DVD, like SHRINK does, or better.
For example,
Splitting up contents in
menus/main/extras, possibility to select from these.
More info about audio-tracks (5.1, 2 channel , kind of audio channel for example 'Directory comments'.
- Selecting only main movie possibility (Skipping menus/intros or selectivetely keeping them.
Preview of parts of DVD just like shrink has, so you can see what youre about to do.
It's possible that I had to use another thread or so for this, sorry when it is so.
