Hello, and welcome to the forum.
Have you looked at http://www.doom9.org/subtitle_guides.htm yet?

that can do chinese subtitles?
VOB -> text based subtitles using OCR
- using SubRip

Subtitles are bitmap images.
I don't know if Subrip, or Vobsub's Subresync, support two-byte Chinese characters or any other Unicode character set. But until you try one or both, you won't know.

In addition, you can search the Subtitle forum for "Chinese" -- there are lots of threads where its mentioned, but obviously, not all regarding OCR, which is apparently what you want.

I tried what you said.
But it didn't solve the problem...
But if I take the *.ifo instead of the *.vob,
it works fine.
So I think I'll rip the *.ifo files too in the future.
Thanks for your help anyway.
