Error with Batch Processing

I think I might have found a little glitch with Rebuilder.

I setup two different movies for batch processing, one that has "Half D1 and Half Space" enabled and the other doesn't. However, when the files get processed through batch processing, both files will take on the settings of the first (in respect to whether Half D1 is enabled or not). That is, if the first movie that is being run through batch processing is set to "Half D1", then the next movie in the queue will also be run with "Half D1" as well despite the fact that the second file was saved with "Half D1" NOT enabled.

Is this supposed to happen or could this be a glitch?

What version of RB are you using. This has been since corrected I think starting with v068.
