Look at the size of the VIDEO_TS folder, this is all that goes to the DVD.

thanks for the reply
its the movie Entrapment
using Cinema Craft Encoder SP Version 2.66 with DVD Rebuilder 0.69
I dont think it has different angles.... should DVDRB automaticly create it to fit a single DVD+R?
and yeah, the Video_TS folder is like 7 GB .... well, first i did it using dvdrb .68 and the video_ts folder was like 6 GB, then tried 0.69 and it made it 7 GB

Somebody with more knowledge than me need to answer this one, DVDRb have always managed to recode the DVD to the right size for me.

More than likely you haven't enabled a working path and created a folder for it and all of the files are in the same folder. Just check the video_ts , that is the finisheed product. Makes it a little easier to keep up with if you will create a working path folder but still works the same.

Weird lines at the bottom = AviSynth problem, I suggest that you read the stickies, and a few posts in the forum.

Sounds like your installation is screwed up. Uninstall everying then use rockas's installer. Get it here. http://dvd-rb.dvd2go.org//modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=14
