smoothest motion ?? or other

I use smoothest motion at high bitrates and turn of cutoffquant but it still smooth. Should I use sharpest image, I through at high bitrates normal and smooth setting didnt really make a difference.

normal and smooth always made a difference. Above a certain size, the encoder will do HHR (half horizontal resolution) for Smooth motion, so you should avoid this.

Previously, normal and /sharp/ did not make much difference at high bitrates, but we currently use slightly sharper deblocking settings if Sharp is chosen, so now it does make a small difference. Choose Sharper if that's what you are looking for.
