Convert burnt DVD ..ex DV camcorder??

DVD crypter
DVD shrink
ImgTool
DVD writer/reader
Blank DVD-r discs

My question to the forum is:
How may I burn a DVD by using a DVD I created (and finalised)from my DV camcorder, and enable me to play on my PC DVD reader\writer.
The Burnt DVD has 1 folder with 6 files as follows:
Video_ts.bup, Video_ts.vob, Video_ts.ifo, Vts_01_0.ifo, Vts_01_0.bup, Vts_01_1.vob
I have also coppied above 6 files to my H/D (1 folder), ready for the next phase?
The burnt DVD above, does play on my standalone DVD player via the TV.

You need a software DVD player, such as Media Player Classic (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Players/mpc2kxp6482.zip).

Thanks but it did not work....I D/L the app' suggested, installed it and when I tried to run it I got a Runtime error:
"This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."..............

Oops... that's an NT/2000/XP version. Here's a link to the W98 version from SourceForge:

Just one point with Media player classic....I am unable to save any still images...I get an error saying"GetCurrentImage failed, hr=80000fffff". Apprecite the help here.
Maybe I reqiure different software.?
