Since this could translate to so many different fourms I wasnt sure where to put this. Here goes.

Im workin with "The Lord Of The Rings - The Two Towers: SEE" The movie is across 2 disks. Im goin to DivX using G-Knot. I build my project file with DGIndex.

Heres where I come into a problem.
I rip the 1st disk the ac3 has a delay of 16ms. On disk 2 the ac3 has a delay of 208ms. So when I build my project file with the vobs from both disks I get 1 ac3 file but after building the DivX movie the 1st half is great but the last half is out of sync.

I need to fix the delay BEFORE I build my project file. I did run across "Delaycut" but it isnt totally clear on how to set a delay. Do I put in the same # in the "start (msec) and end (msec)" boxes? Will it work If I use TMPEG to demux the vobs then simply remux them? Im sure otheres have run into this problem with 2 disk movies.

Any tips are welcomed. Sorry If I havnt given a clear picture.

When I encounter a similar problem, I always use one of the methods suggested by Jggimi in these threads:
