Problem with finished product :(

i did a one-click transcode using CCE 2.5 and received no errors but when i try to watch the video, it looks like this and doesnt change

also, the vob is much much smaller than it should be

i searched around and couldnt find any other posts about this

attach file says png is valid but when i try to upload i get an error that it isnt a valid jpg or gif

That's why people should use my installer lol
It reads from the registry wich is the "valid" AviSynth's plugins folder.
