OK, My problem is that when i d/l Fansubs of unLicence ( yet to be release in america. so its legal) anime then burn to a dvd to play on tv, it cuts off part of the subtitles so its unreadable. I know the problem is the NTSC Format because it has that cut off thing used to cut off the VCR Heads. So what i want is to find some kind of program that creates "space" around my AVI so it cuts off the space leaving the movie to be played as is on tv.
