Broken encoding using ffdshow video codec

Somewhere I missed something, resulting in three unwatchable encodings.

I'll post a link, how this situation is called? Smearing or...

Whatever, captured Simpsons episodes from my local TV station is gone, erased, so I am unable to encode them once again, properly.

Is there some solution to "fix" this already encoded videos?

Here are encoding properties which, I used:
Everithing else is default.

Encoded via Avisynth, target resolution is 512x384.

I don't think that this repairable unfortunately.

In the future, try unchecking the "Chroma" boxes and see if it helps.
