removing chapters after ripping to HD

I have a main movie ripped to my hard drive.
I just want to AutoGK it but there are chapters in the middle that I don't want.
Is there any tool, that can open up the DVD files on my HD and cut out the chapters so that I can put them into AutoGK?

Or do I have to image the files, mount, rerip, blah blah, eat up like 8 GBs?

what if you just blank out those chapters with vobblanker?
i'm afraid you are going to need some extra HD space (for the stripped movie at least)...
