nero ultra 6--nero express or nero burning ROM

which program should i use, if i want to back up video files onto a cd/dvd, with japanese filenames (so i don't want the letters to get screwed up on the burnt disk) , and i want to prevent coasters. im hoping for a good answer. thanks.
