Used DVDCrypter as always.
The last two units I've saved to the hard drive play the audio
just fine through Power DVD. When I use Recode and burn a disc, the audio is not there. It has to be working to some point because one of the quck splash screens with a fanfare plays audio fine.
The movie content has none however.
Am I missing something in Decrypter that is required to burn later to DVD?
Why does the audio play on the system and not burn to the disc?

Thanks Much,

Paul J.

Sounds like you need to reinstall Package 2 of Nero ...:-(

Been there, done that.
Just installed the latest upgrade with no help.
Wondering though.....
Would it make a difference whether I use DVD Crypter in
the ISO mode or one of the others while utilizing the app?
I believe it was in the IFO when decrypting.

Regards....

A thought just struck me. Does PowerDVD have the capability to play back AAC audio output (Recode default)? Try playing the file in Nero Showtime, right-click and choose "options", "show more information". That should tell you what kind of audio you have. I think that Showtime is built upon an earlier version of PowerDVD, based on the look and feel of the menus.
