As far as I know, this can't be done at the moment. So I'm looking for any good documentation that would help me write a tool for that.
So far I have:
- mpeg4ip-1.2
- vlc
Could someone point me to additional material?
Reading the code is fine but slower than good plain specs.
Thanks,

muxing and .mp4(he-aac) file and a .mp4(nero avc) file into a single .mp4(nero avc&he-aac) did work for me when I use MP4UI, though it 'complains' that it doesn't know the avc stream muxing works:
1. Mpeg4UI (http://mp4ui.sourceforge.net/) download and start
2. New/Open => open the .mp4(nero avc) file
3. Import => dopen the .mp4(he-aac)
4. Close

Thanks! I'll try it out.
I'm still looking for specs though :) Are they freely available or do you need to pay a hefty bounty?
