How change the transparency (contrast) for sub ?

Hello,

I have several dvd that i missed the color subtitle... I have blue text on red background...
I found how change color with ifoupdate or more simple with pgcedit. But i don t find where is the information for transparency color...
I want to have the red at 0% of transparency...

Could you tell me how doing this without all doing again ?
Perhaps this information is on the 16 colors... 4 colors for text, 4 for display etc as in scenarist ?

Unfortunately, the transparency info is in the VOB files. It is almost impossible to change it manually.
